Dr. Barbara J. Rubin is a licensed psychologist in Georgia and Florida with over 25 years' experience evaluating, diagnosing and treating individuals, couples and families. She is an entrepreneurial leader who has used her expertise in a variety of diverse settings. In Georgia, while working as the country's first in-house psychologist for a family court system, Dr. Rubin simultaneously ran a successful private practice. In Florida, as a consultant, she created the first mental health company providing services to nursing home residents on the west coast of Florida, and as a hospital vice-president also created the nation's first LGBT dual-diagnosis inpatient treatment program. This background has qualified her to share her clinical expertise with a wide variety of consultation clients including individuals and organizations, with particular emphasis serving medical and legal practitioners.
